WELCS is a technological portal specialized in the management of tourist and holiday homes, led by a young and highly qualified team.  With a wide and extensive experience in the sector, our objective is to unify and optimize all the management processes of this type of accommodation in a single digital platform, intuitive and easy to use for both accommodation owners and travelers.

For us, each trip is a unique experience and, for this reason, we facilitate all the steps to make the process as pleasant, comfortable and safe as possible, whether you want to stay in one of our flats or houses or if you are an owner and want us to manage the tourist rental of your accommodation in order to get the most out of it.

Sales Representative (on site) — Platja d'Aro | Vacation Rentals

WELCS is a fast-growing, tech-driven holiday rental management company. We help property owners in Costa Brava earn more and simplify short-term rental management. We move fast, stay practical, and focus on results — not paperwork.
We’re looking for an On-site Sales Representative based in Platja d’Aro, who enjoys meeting people in person, building local relationships, and closing deals face to face.

 


What you’ll be doing


- Meet property owners in person at our office and on-site (Costa Brava area)
- Actively reach out to potential clients via cold calls, local outreach, and follow-ups
- Identify and approach interesting properties that fit our profile
- Explain the WELCS model clearly and confidently, adapting the pitch to each owner
- Handle objections, negotiate terms, and close agreements
- Keep client data, meetings, and pipeline updated in the CRM
- Work closely with marketing, operations, and reservations teams in the office

 

 

You’re a great fit if you…


- Have 1+ year of sales experience (real estate, tourism, or services is a plus)
- Enjoy cold calling and proactive outreach
- Are confident in face-to-face meetings and relationship-building
- Speak Spanish fluently (English required; other languages a plus)
- Are organized, proactive, and results-driven
- Want to work from an office and be part of a local team

- Work a mix of marketing leads (warm) + proactive outreach to a cold database
- Hunt for interesting properties and owners that match our ideal profile
- Ask smart questions, understand the situation fast, and pitch the right solution (no generic scripts-only selling)
- Handle objections, follow up relentlessly, and close deals
- Keep your pipeline clean in the CRM and report what’s working / what’s not

 

 

You’re a strong fit if you…


- Have 1+ year in sales / business development / customer acquisition
- Feel comfortable with cold outreach (and don’t take “no” personally)
- Can build trust quickly on the phone and in video calls
- Speak Spanish fluently + have good English
- Are organized, fast, and self-driven — remote work doesn’t need supervision
- Like startups: changing priorities, quick experiments, constant improvement
