The park offers a variety of routes: along the plains, along the beaches or uphill to Castell del Montgrí.
A popular route is the climb up to Castell del Montgrí, with panoramic views of the coast and the Medes Islands.
There are also cycle routes for e-bike or MTB.
The infrastructure makes it easy to rent everything you need in the center of L'Estartit.

It is one of the best diving sites in the whole Mediterranean, with coral, sea bream, octopus and underwater caves.
The city is home to renowned diving centers such as Unisub, Ocean Sub, Aquàtica and others.
You can choose between a baptism dive, a full course or a snorkeling excursion.

The Medes Islands are a protected archipelago a few minutes off the coast of L'Estartit, popular with divers and photographers.
Sea excursions are available with clear-bottomed boats, snorkeling and the possibility of landing on some islands.
The marine life here has been protected since 1983, so the water is full of life.
Perfect for the whole family and safe even for small children.

Every week, the center of Calonge hosts a farmers' market with products from local producers: cheeses, honey, wine, bread and fruit.
In summer, the city organizes gastronomic events, including the Fira del Vi Nou, a fair for young wines.
Here you can sample tapas, wines and olive oil to music and animation.
The events are held in the central square next to the castle.

The area around Calonge is ideal for hiking and biking, with forests, hills, vineyards and pastoral views.
Especially popular are the routes towards Les Gavarres Natural Park, including the GR-92.
Ancient chapels, shepherds' paths and panoramic sea views can be found along the way.
The visitor center has trail maps and equipment rentals.

From Tossa, one of the most spectacular sections of the Camí de Ronda begins, along cliffs, pine groves and viewpoints.
There are secluded coves ideal for swimming, as well as natural terraces with benches.
It is suitable for both a morning walk and a full-fledged hike.
It is better to choose sporty shoes, especially if you plan to walk to Cala Llevadó or Cala Morisca.

The main beach of Tossa (Platja Gran) is located at the foot of the fortress and offers great views and clear water.
A short drive or hike away are the hidden coves of Cala Pola and Cala Giverola with crystal clear waters.
They can be accessed via the Camí de Ronda or reached by boat.
These places are ideal for snorkeling and relaxing away from the hustle and bustle of the city.

The ruins of the 11th century castle are located on top of a hill and are a symbol of the city.
You can walk here in 15-20 minutes from the center - along the way you can enjoy panoramic views of the sea, the Pyrenees and the Medas Islands.
A great place for sunset walks, drone photography and exploring the history of the city.
At the foot are many cozy restaurants and boutique hotels.

Boat trips to wild coves and sea grottoes are available from the port of Fornells or Aiguablava.
Popular trips to Ses Herbes, Cap de Begur and underwater sites with sea urchins and clear water.
Guided or unguided rentals are available, with snorkeling and SUP available.
A great way to discover the unspoiled marine part of Begur's nature.

Sant Antoni de Calonge is part of the DO Empordà wine region - it is home to several farms with tastings.
Viníric and Clos d'Agon offer tours of vineyards, wine cellars and tastings with appetizers.
You can arrive by car, bike or book a shuttle from the center.
It is especially beautiful in the summer and early fall when the vineyards come alive.

Just 10 minutes from S'Agaró is the entrance to the wooded Gavarres trails through hills and pastures.
You can choose from an easy route to more challenging trails with climbs and coastal views.
Great for morning activity and a change from seaside to natural scenery.
You can rent a bike or e-bike in Platja d'Aro.

One of the most beautiful sections of the legendary Camí de Ronda route is along the coast of S'Agaró.
You'll walk up stone steps along villas, pine trees and the turquoise sea from Sa Conca beach to Platja de Sant Pol.
The route is accessible to all ages and takes about 40 minutes - especially beautiful at sunset.
There are panoramic views along the way and benches for resting and taking photos.

The region is ideal for cyclists, with rolling hills and paved and dirt trails.
You can ride through vineyards, past fields and olive groves to the ancient villages of Pals or Peratallada.
The routes can be adapted to your level of fitness: from easy to technically challenging.
Local bike shops and rental companies offer both MTBs and e-bikes.

Vall-Llobrega is located at the foot of Les Gavarres Natural Park, an excellent place for hiking.
Numerous trails (including the GR-92) wind through pine and oak forests, climbing up to scenic viewpoints.
Along the way, you will encounter ancient chapels, abandoned farms, and pastoral views.
This is an excellent destination for those seeking tranquility, nature, and beautiful photo opportunities.

The Montgrí Natural Park and the GR-92 hiking trails offer breathtaking views, coniferous forests, and a rocky coastline. They are ideal for walking and cycling.
